1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PK1974 website, creating an account, or using any part of our gaming platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, whether you are browsing without an account, have registered as a player, or are accessing PK1974 through our mobile app.

2 Eligibility

• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on PK1974.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.

PK1974 may ask you to provide documentation to verify your age or identity at any time. This is a standard step to protect all players on the platform and to prevent misuse of accounts. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until the check is completed.

3 Account Registration

When you register for a PK1974 account, you must provide complete and accurate information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details as required. You are responsible for keeping this information current — if your contact details change, please update your account promptly.

You are permitted to hold only one account on PK1974. If you have previously held an account that was closed or suspended, you must contact our support team before attempting to register again. Creating duplicate accounts — even using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact PK1974 support immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on PK1974 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of local payment methods to make depositing as convenient as possible, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, major debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan.

Deposits are credited to your PK1974 account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method you choose. PK1974 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• PK1974 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

If a deposit is made in error or you believe an incorrect amount has been charged, contact our support team as soon as possible. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in these terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — the same method used for your most recent deposit is preferred wherever possible.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, PK1974 may require you to complete identity verification if this has not already been done. This is a one-time process and once your account is verified, future withdrawals will be processed more quickly.

• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be shown during the withdrawal request process.
• PK1974 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times depend on the payment method selected.
• In cases where fraud or a terms violation is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

PK1974 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. We recommend checking with your provider if you are unsure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PK1974 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These details are clearly stated on each promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all PK1974 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Using bonuses in a way that is designed to exploit the system — for example, by placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine intent to play — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• PK1974 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel it entirely at any time, including after it has been credited to an account, if there is evidence of misuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering requirement process.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game results on PK1974 are final once confirmed by the system. If you experience a technical issue during a game or bet placement — such as a disconnection or an app crash — the outcome recorded on PK1974's servers will be the authoritative result. We strongly recommend using a stable internet connection when playing, particularly during live events such as PSL matches or T20 internationals.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are detailed in the betting section of the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will not be honoured. PK1974 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake.
• Accumulator and combination bet rules are outlined within the betting section of the platform.

For slot games, bingo, and other casino-style games, each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and game mechanics are provided by the game suppliers and are available for review on each individual game page.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK1974 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the platform itself.
• Using the platform to launder money or for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards PK1974 staff or other players.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

PK1974 actively monitors account activity and uses automated systems alongside manual review to detect unusual patterns. If prohibited activity is detected, we will act without prior notice. Any funds won through prohibited activity will not be paid out.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

PK1974 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, abusive behaviour, or prolonged inactivity.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals during that period. PK1974 will aim to complete investigations and communicate outcomes as promptly as possible.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

10 Responsible Gaming

PK1974 takes player wellbeing seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or escape problems. We encourage all players to set personal limits on their deposits, session times, and bet sizes, and to take regular breaks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK1974's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits PK1974's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

PK1974 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of PK1974 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
